Yoga Zen Retreat

We had a magical journey into mindfulness with our Jungle Adventure Yoga, Meditation practices and Yoga asanas! Kids explored calming breaths, fun yoga poses and hands-on activities. They discovered the power of stillness in this fast paced world!
